Nikki Glaser and David Spade are bringing their Las Vegas comedy residency back for another round, adding four new shows at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in January and April of 2027. The duo will perform Jan. 22 and 23, then return April 16 and 17, with every show kicking off at 8 p.m.
The new dates extend a partnership that began as a six-show run in 2026 spaced across major travel weekends — Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, and Labor Day — at the same venue, according to FOX5 Las Vegas. Pollstar News reported that the original 2026 booking included dates over those holiday weekends. Hoodline first covered the pairing's original holiday-weekend run back in January.
Before the residency ever hit the Strip's biggest stage, Glaser and Spade tested the format in a smaller room. Two back-to-back shows at The Venetian Theatre in May 2025 grossed $342,855 from 3,534 tickets sold, per the same Pollstar report.
What to Expect Inside The Colosseum
Each performance is built as a 90-minute double bill with no intermission, splitting the stage roughly evenly between Glaser's confessional material and Spade's sarcastic crowd work, according to Create.Vegas. That structure mirrors how co-headlining stand-up shows in Las Vegas typically operate, skipping the standard opening-act format in favor of two full sets.
The venue itself carries some weight in the entertainment world. Opened in 2003 at a construction cost of $108 million, the 4,300-seat Colosseum was built specifically to house long-term residencies on the Strip, according to Wikipedia, and was originally engineered around Celine Dion's inaugural run before expanding into comedy bookings. Billboard named it the top venue in its 2,501-to-5,000 capacity category for 2025. It was the 17th time the venue had topped a Billboard venue ranking since the list debuted in 2005, after the room pulled in more than $66 million across 64 shows and 239,000 fans, per Vegas 411.
Glaser's Golden Globes Turn Adds Timing
The January dates land close on the heels of another high-profile gig for Glaser. The Golden Globes organization announced in March that she will return to host the 84th Annual Golden Globe Awards live on CBS on Jan. 10, 2027 — less than two weeks before her newly announced Vegas dates, according to Paramount Press Express. Glaser became the first solo female host in Golden Globes history in 2025.
Glaser's mainstream profile has climbed fast since her breakout set at Netflix's The Roast of Tom Brady in 2024, after which The New York Times named her Comedian of the Year and TIME placed her on its 100 Most Influential People list in both 2025 and 2026, per Spotlight Vegas. Her 2024 HBO special Someday You'll Die earned Emmy, Grammy, and Golden Globe nominations.
Spade, meanwhile, is balancing his stand-up dates with a busy Hollywood slate. He co-hosts the weekly Fly on the Wall podcast with Dana Carvey and is currently filming Grown Ups 3 for Netflix, slated for a summer 2027 release, according to the Las Vegas Sun. Spade previously earned Emmy and Golden Globe nominations for his role in Just Shoot Me!
Ticket Windows and Presale Dates
Citi is the official card for the residency, and Citi cardmembers can access presale tickets through the Citi Entertainment program starting Tuesday at 10 a.m. Pacific and running through Thursday at 10 p.m. A separate artist presale also opens Tuesday at 10 a.m., while Caesars Rewards members and Live Nation customers get their own presale window starting Wednesday at 10 a.m. All presale windows close Thursday at 10 p.m., with tickets going on sale to the general public Friday, Oct. 2, at 10 a.m. Pacific through Ticketmaster.
