Chicken appears across several sections of the menu. Uber Eats lists broth-brined fried chicken, chicken-broth ramen and Khao Man Gai rice plates. The Uber Eats menu also lists housemade milk bread, breakfast items and chicken sandwiches.
On the plate, that translates to fried chicken with an Asian flair alongside breakfast burritos, sandwiches, ramen noodles, rice plates and banh mis, per Community Impact's rundown of the opening menu. Onebird adds another fried-chicken option in Austin. Korean fried chicken brand Donkey Mo's, which started as a food court stall inside the Lakeline H-Mart in 2018, announced a brick-and-mortar outpost along West Parmer Lane in December 2025.
Pebble Onebird is betting that its varied menu can stand out. With its Ranch Road 620 outpost serving breakfast through dinner in Northwest Austin, the restaurant's next test will be whether its menu can draw diners.
