Pittsburgh and CSX Transportation have announced a partnership to advance trail connectivity and riverfront access, including plans for a Strip District trail connection. The plans include roughly 4.6 acres associated with the Strip District trail.
According to the City of Pittsburgh, the partnership also advances trail connectivity near the Duck Hollow Trail and Carrie Furnace Redevelopment Site, as part of plans for improved riverfront access in several neighborhoods.
