What police are seeking
The Woodson Terrace Police Department is investigating vehicle damage reported outside Yesterday’s Bar and Grill and is seeking information from anyone who recognizes people shown in surveillance images, according to First Alert 4. The incident was reported at the bar, located at 4412 Woodson Road, around 1 a.m. Monday.
What the customer reported
A customer identified as Alyx told First Alert 4 that her vehicle was struck multiple times by a truck after a man and two other people left the bar. She said she and her friends arrived in the parking lot after the group had gone. The front hood sustained extensive damage, and Alyx said she was awaiting a repair estimate and wanted the responsible person held accountable, the station reported.
Owner’s appeal and possible charge
Melissa Feger, the bar’s owner, posted surveillance images of the three people on the restaurant’s Facebook page and asked the public to help identify them, according to First Alert 4. The restaurant’s website says Feger and her brother, Michael, reopened Yesterday’s Bar and Grill in March 2024 after it closed in May 2023: Yesterday’s Bar and Grill.
The final repair estimate could affect any property-damage charge. Missouri law defines first-degree property damage to include knowingly damaging another person’s property by more than $750 and classifies that offense as a Class E felony under the circumstances described in the statute: Missouri Revised Statutes Section 569.100. The statute does not establish what charge, if any, will result in this case.
