Prince Street Pizza has a new item on the menu for anyone who doesn't want to share: the Personal Prince. The chain debuted the smaller pie this week, giving solo diners and kids their own individual-sized option instead of splitting a full pie.
A Smaller Pie Built for One
The debut was reported by CBS News, which covered the launch out of Los Angeles. Linner Bran, the Prince Street Pizza Studio City general manager, joined CBS LA and showed off the Personal Prince as part of the segment.
According to the chain's own menu, the Personal Prince is pitched as being “perfect for your little ones or to have all to yourself,” per princestreetpizza.com. The same listing notes the item is available at participating locations only, meaning not every Prince Street Pizza shop may carry it just yet.
How It Fits Alongside the Rest of the Menu
The Personal Prince joins a menu that already leans on contrast between crust styles. The chain's Sicilian-style squares are described as having a thick, crisp and fluffy crust, sold either by the slice or as a whole 12-by-17-inch pie cut into eight slices, the same menu notes.
For those who prefer something lighter, Prince Street Pizza also lists a thin-crust option, described on the menu as a thin, crispy crust “for those that like a round-or-bust kind of pizza,” available by the slice or as a whole pie. The Personal Prince gives diners a third path — one sized for a single appetite rather than a table to share.
