A man was found dead at an Argyle Court residence early Monday after deputies responded. The decedent was identified as Kevin. The death is being investigated as a gross negligent discharge of a firearm and an in-custody death.

The Argyle Court death lands amid a broader stretch of enforcement activity across the county. Between September 14 and September 20, San Bernardino County law enforcement agencies seized 23 firearms and made 41 arrests as part of countywide crime suppression efforts under Operation Consequences, according to the Sierra Sun Times.
