A 17-year-old girl was walking near the rear of 2535 86th Street in Brooklyn around 6:20 p.m. on Sunday when an unidentified individual approached her and forcibly ripped a chain from around her neck before fleeing on foot. The attacker has not been caught, and investigators are now asking the public for help identifying him.
