Lease and renovation details
The Real Deal reported that DSV Global Transport and Logistics signed a lease for the Denton facility in July and expects to move in around November or during the fourth quarter of 2026. The outlet attributed the signing and timing to a source familiar with the matter. The Real Deal’s report describes the planned work as including an interior office remodel and expanded or additional warehouse restrooms.
The Real Deal also reported that a DSV spokesperson confirmed the company was present in the area but declined to comment on the project. The filing’s estimated cost is close to the roughly $1.2 billion renovation estimate in that report; the two figures refer to the same planned work but come from different sources.
