Dontae Williams and Chase Thompson face felony charges stemming from an alleged sexual assault at Eastern University, while Naeem Turner faces an invasion-of-privacy charge related to recordings, according to the Delaware County District Attorney's Office account reported by CBS Philadelphia. Williams and Thompson surrendered to Radnor Township police Thursday and were released on $150,000 unsecured bail. Their preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sept. 24, the Delco Times and Daily Voice reported.

Williams is charged with three counts each of rape of an unconscious person, sexual assault and indecent assault of an unconscious person. Thompson faces two counts each of those charges. Turner is charged with one count of invasion of privacy and received a summons to appear in court, according to the Delco Times and Daily Voice. The allegations have not been tested at trial.
The case concerns a report made to Radnor police on Feb. 1, 2026, about events that investigators said occurred overnight in a dormitory at Eastern's St. Davids campus. The student told police that she had been drinking, went to Turner's room and later awoke during alleged sexual assaults by two men. She also told investigators that one alleged assault occurred without a condom and that she did not consent to being recorded, according to CBS Philadelphia and the Daily Voice report.

According to Eastern University's 2025 Annual Security Report, published Oct. 1, 2025, the university's Clery disclosures contain campus crime statistics for 2024, 2023 and 2022. The report says people facing immediate danger should call Eastern Public Safety at 610-341-1737 or 911.
Police later encountered Turner, Thompson, Williams and other men at the dorm, according to CBS Philadelphia. Turner told investigators that his sexual activity with the student was consensual and permitted a search of his phone. Authorities said investigators found recordings involving Turner and the student, along with material sent to another contact; the student disputed consenting to the recordings, CBS Philadelphia reported.
The student was taken to Bryn Mawr Hospital for a forensic sexual-assault examination after reporting the incident, according to the Delco Times and Daily Voice. The district attorney's office described the allegations as involving a serious breach of trust and said the victim's report led to the charges, as reported by CBS Philadelphia.
