Traditional gala tables will now seat fewer guests and cost more than the newly available individual tickets, according to the AP report. A Safety Net Built Over Decades
MusiCares has distributed more than $146 million in critical financial, health and crisis assistance to music professionals since the Recording Academy founded it in 1989, according to Grammy.com. The move to the Peacock Theater comes as the Los Angeles Convention Center undergoes a modernization project intended to join its exhibit halls into 750,000 square feet of contiguous space ahead of the 2027 Super Bowl and the 2028 Summer Olympics, according to Business Travel News. The convention center is also expected to host pre-Super Bowl-related activities during that construction window, per the AP's reporting. The Peacock Theater at L.A. LIVE offers 7,100 seats, with no spectator positioned more than 220 feet from the stage, according to the venue's own account on Peacock Theater's website.
