The project comes from Rachel Mae, described as a wellness entrepreneur and owner of Restore Holistic Fitness & Wellness, according to WhatNow. The report also provides project information about the planned spot. Construction is reported to start October 1, with a targeted completion in March and an estimated construction value of $500,000.

Organic Hour is associated with Restore Holistic.
