West Whiteland Township police are searching for a 23-year-old King of Prussia man they say fathered a child with a juvenile victim, following an eight-month investigation that began after the girl gave birth in late 2025. Jordan Uriah Jones faces felony charges including statutory sexual assault, unlawful contact with a minor, and corruption of minors, and he remains at large with no court date set.
The case originated in December 2025, when West Whiteland police received a report that a juvenile female victim had given birth to a child following a suspected unlawful encounter with an adult male, according to Newport Dispatch. Detectives, working under guidance from the Chester County District Attorney's Office, executed search warrants and conducted a forensic paternity test that identified Jones as the father of the child, the outlet reports. That scientific evidence forms the physical backbone of the criminal complaint now pending against him.
Jones is described by police as a Black male standing about 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing roughly 165 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair, according to MyChesCo. He is charged with statutory sexual assault involving an alleged age difference of eight to 11 years between himself and the victim. Police records list Jones as a resident of King of Prussia, in neighboring Montgomery County, roughly 15 to 20 miles northeast of West Whiteland Township, per the same account from Newport Dispatch.
How the Warrant Came Together
Detective Anthony DeLuise prepared the arrest warrant for Jones, which Magisterial District Judge Erin Bruno approved on Aug. 28. District Court 15-4-03, which handles preliminary arraignments for West Whiteland Township and sits at the Whiteland Business Park in Exton, issued the warrant connected to the sexual assault investigation. That court's proceedings are typically scheduled on Fridays, though no hearing date for Jones has been set since he has not yet been taken into custody.
Jones has not been located, and West Whiteland Township Police are asking anyone with information about his whereabouts to call 610-363-0200 or 911. As with all suspects, Jones is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, and the charges against him remain allegations at this stage.

The investigation comes as the West Whiteland Township Police Department navigates a leadership change, having begun recruiting for a new chief in September 2026 after its current chief announced retirement following six years leading the department and 42 years total in law enforcement, according to the Pennsylvania Chiefs of Police Association. It's the latest in a string of cases involving minors that the department has handled in recent months. In February, a Chester County jury convicted a Devereux aide of sexually assaulting a minor at a behavioral health facility campus in the township, and in March, township police arrested a Coatesville man on invasion of privacy charges after a forensic phone review uncovered illicit photos of teenage victims taken at an Exton shopping center.
