More than 80 vehicles — including construction cranes, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department units and a Clark County Fire Department engine — will roll into Desert Breeze Community Center on Saturday, Nov. 7, for the third annual Mighty Motor Mania. Admission is free for anyone who brings a new, unwrapped toy, with the donations going toward bringing holiday joy to children in need across the community.

The event, hosted by Clark County Commissioner Justin Jones, runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 8275 Spring Mountain Road in Spring Valley, according to Clark County Nevada

. Families can expect hands-on vehicle displays, food trucks, face painting, balloon art, circus performances, interactive demonstrations and a helicopter landing.

From Food Pantries to a Holiday Toy Drive

This year's toy-based entry marks a shift from the event's earlier charitable focus. The inaugural Mighty Motor Mania launched on Nov. 16, 2024, featuring more than 60 vehicles and collecting non-perishable food for local agencies including the Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth, Freedom House of Sober Living and Sandy Valley Food Share, the county's report of that first event noted. The second annual gathering, held Nov. 1, 2025, grew to showcase more than 80 vehicles from over 40 agency and business partners alongside a live helicopter landing, Hoodline's coverage of that event noted.

Desert Breeze Park's Growing Civic Role

Desert Breeze Park spans 240 acres and ranks as the second-largest park in the Clark County system, with a community center, sports fields and a skate park, according to the county's parks locator.

Desert Breeze has hosted community gatherings, including the second annual Mighty Motor Mania last fall, covered by Hoodline.
