San Antonio is starting Saturday with morning temperatures in the 40s to around 50 degrees, but the afternoon will be comfortable by October standards. Highs should reach about 70 degrees under mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies, with northerly winds gusting through the morning before easing later in the day.
Saturday Starts Breezy, Then Calms Down
According to the National Weather Service, winds will be northerly at 10 to 20 mph, with gusts of 25 to 35 mph through the morning, decreasing through the afternoon. Rain is not expected, and mostly clear skies will return Saturday night as temperatures fall to around 50 degrees.
Sunday Brings A Gentle Rebound
Sunday will stay mostly sunny with a high near 73, followed by a mostly cloudy night and a low around 55. Monday climbs to about 77 degrees, and the dry stretch continues into Tuesday, when San Antonio is forecast to reach 83.
The pattern marks the next phase of the cold-front cooldown covered in an earlier Hoodline forecast. By Wednesday through Friday, highs rise from the mid-80s into the upper 80s, topping out near 89 on Friday, with only slim rain chances and no watches, warnings or advisories currently listed.
A Good Weekend For Outdoor Plans
Saturday morning’s wind is the main weather wrinkle for errands, patios and outdoor events, while the afternoon should feel much calmer. A light jacket will be useful after sunset, but the bigger wardrobe adjustment arrives later in the week as San Antonio slides back toward warm, mostly sunny conditions.
