Almond & Oat has opened its third Las Vegas café, this time tucked inside the shareDOWNTOWN apartment complex in the Arts District, bringing its dairy-free coffee concept to a stretch of downtown still adjusting to construction and growth. The nearly 1,400-square-foot space seats roughly 30 guests and fills a storefront that sat empty after its previous tenant packed up earlier this year.

According to Nevada Business Magazine, Almond & Oat is now open at shareDOWNTOWN in the Las Vegas Arts District, occupying a café built around custom banquettes and a window-side bar. The address, 1300 S. Casino Center Blvd., Suite 110, previously housed Dig It Coffee Co., which closed in April after citing decreased sales tied to construction on Charleston Boulevard, as reported by FOX5 Vegas. Dig It has since reopened at a different downtown location, per the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

What's on the Menu

Almond & Oat pours dairy-free drinks that use almond and oat milks instead of traditional cow's milk, the Review-Journal reports. Nevada Business Magazine describes a menu built around handcrafted vegan-friendly drinks made with creamy oat milk, premium specialty coffee, and house-made syrups, alongside matcha creations and fresh pastries. The café also serves savory items, rounding out a lineup meant to cover both a quick coffee run and a sit-down bite.

Expected hours at the new location are 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, per the same outlet's report. The café is a modern concept created by the team behind The Coffee Class, which introduced Almond & Oat as a dairy-free sister brand in 2023, according to What Now Las Vegas.

From Henderson to the Arts District

Founder Kyle Cunningham launched Almond & Oat in Henderson in 2023 before expanding to southwest Las Vegas in December 2025, the Nevada Business Magazine report notes. Cunningham, who serves as founder and CEO of both The Coffee Class and Almond & Oat, said the Arts District has developed into one of the most creative and community-driven neighborhoods in Las Vegas.

The downtown opening arrives as the Arts District continues to work through growing pains. Some business owners there have adapted and benefited from increased foot traffic, while others have struggled with construction-related setbacks, according to KTNV. The neighborhood's dining scene has also been shaped by independent ownership and a strong sense of community identity, the Review-Journal has reported separately.

A Growing Footprint Across the Valley

Almond & Oat's second café, which opened near South Jones Boulevard and West Sunset Road in December 2025, marked the brand's first location with a drive-through, the Review-Journal reported at the time. That South Jones shop offers both drive-through and kiosk ordering along with expansive outdoor seating featuring plenty of outlets, according to Almond & Oat's own site. The original location debuted on Spencer Street in Henderson in 2023, the same year The Coffee Class introduced Almond & Oat as its third concept, per The Coffee Class.

Every syrup at Almond & Oat is made from scratch, according to the company's own description of its approach. With three cafés now open across Henderson, southwest Las Vegas and downtown, the brand has steadily broadened its reach while keeping its dairy-free focus front and center.
