A $350 ticket and a lineup of 17 chefs are drawing crowds to Beverly Cañon Gardens next week, as the second annual Beverly Hills Autumn BBQ returns to raise money for children facing hunger. Wolfgang Puck and Nancy Silverton headline a roster that spans Central California pitmasters, Tulum wood-fire specialists, and Michelin-adjacent Los Angeles kitchens, all cooking in the open air of the Golden Triangle park on October 18.
The event, which runs from 6 to 9 p.m., is co-hosted by Spago Beverly Hills, The Maybourne Beverly Hills, and the City of Beverly Hills, according to Time Out. It follows the inaugural 2025 edition, which took place on October 19 of that year and raised $50,000 for No Kid Hungry, establishing what organizers now treat as an annual collaboration between the two hospitality brands and the city, per the Wolfgang Puck Official Facebook Page.
A Lineup Stretching Across California and Beyond
This year's roster has grown to 17 chefs across 12 participating restaurants, pulling in regional barbecue figures alongside Beverly Hills mainstays, the Beverly Press & Park Labrea News reports. Frank Ostini of Buellton's Hitching Post II, Burt Bakman of Los Angeles's SLAB, Daisy Ryan of Bell's, and Nicholas Priedite of Priedite Barbecue join the bill.
The lineup includes Damon Gordon of The Maybourne Beverly Hills, Wolfgang Puck and Byron Puck of Spago Beverly Hills, Nancy Silverton and Alisa Vannah of Chi Spacca, Eric Werner of Hartwood in Tulum, and Daniel Castillo of Heritage BBQ.
Dessert and cheese get their own spotlight away from the grills. Pastry chefs Brooke Martin and Della Gossett are presenting a joint dessert station representing both The Maybourne Beverly Hills and Spago Beverly Hills, while Domenico DiBartolomeo of the Beverly Hills Cheese Store is also participating, according to the Barbara Lazaroff event page. Cocktails come courtesy of Florería Atlántico, Dante Beverly Hills and Employees Only NYC, and artist Marco Gallotta is set to present a live art installation in the gardens, per Time Out.
Tickets and Event Partners
United Card Events from Chase is a partner for the evening. Early-bird tickets were priced at $300, rising to $350 after September 30, with tax and gratuity not included, Time Out reports.
Where the Money Goes
All silent auction proceeds benefit No Kid Hungry, an organization working to end childhood hunger in America, per Time Out. No Kid Hungry California also backs statewide efforts such as the Universal School Meals Program, which provides two free daily meals to all TK–12 public school students and serves nearly one billion meals across the state annually, according to No Kid Hungry California.
