A 30-year-old Broken Arrow man is facing charges after deputies say he spent weeks pursuing a meeting with someone he believed was a 15-year-old girl, negotiated payment for sex, and then told her to delete their text messages before he drove to meet her during his lunch break. Justin Littledave was taken into custody the moment he arrived at the meeting spot, according to the Wagoner County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies say Littledave initiated contact with the decoy, who was posing online as a 15-year-old, and that he expressed concern after learning her age but kept pursuing plans to meet anyway, according to KOKH. The outlet reports that communication between Littledave and the decoy continued intermittently over the following weeks before picking back up in October.
Deputies Say He Arranged a Lunch-Break Meeting
On Oct. 7 and Oct. 8, deputies say Littledave reinitiated contact with the decoy and worked to arrange a meeting during his lunch break. The sheriff's office says those discussions included negotiating payment for sexual activity and coordinating exactly where and when the meeting would happen, per the station's report.
Deputies also say Littledave instructed the decoy to delete their text message conversation because he did not want anyone else to discover the communications. When he arrived at the agreed-upon location to meet her, deputies took him into custody. He was arrested on complaints of lewd or indecent proposals to a child and facilitating sexual contact with a minor, the same account notes.
Part of a Broader County Push Against Online Predators
Littledave's arrest comes amid a string of similar cases out of Wagoner County this fall. In September, the sheriff's office partnered with Safe from Online Sex Abuse to identify suspected online predators, according to a separate KOKH report, which also notes that authorities arrested Coleman Rogers of Fort Worth on complaints of facilitating sexual conduct with a minor and lewd or indecent proposals to a child.
Days earlier, on Oct. 18, Wagoner County deputies arrested two more people, identified as Julie Arnold and Joseph Hunt, accused of having an explicit conversation with a 14-year-old decoy, according to KTUL. That operation was also conducted in partnership with Safe from Online Sex Abuse, and KTUL reports bonds for both suspects were set at $100,000. The evidence does not establish that these separate cases are connected to Littledave's, and the decoy ages differ between the incidents.
The State Law Behind the Charges
Oklahoma law cited in the case makes it a felony to knowingly and intentionally make an oral, written, electronic or computer-generated lewd or indecent proposal to a child under 16, or to someone the person believes to be a child, according to Oklahoma legislative records.
The cases also reflect a steady stream of tips flowing into state investigators. From January through August 2026, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children sent 8,621 CyberTips to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation's Internet Crimes Against Children unit, and 2,086 of those tips were opened as cases for investigation, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Oklahoma. That unit is one of 61 regional task forces nationwide funded in part by the U.S. Department of Justice's Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, according to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation.
