NightMarket.fun is coming back to Lakeline Park in Cedar Park on Saturday, November 14, 2026, running from 4 to 10 p.m., with organizers promising more than 100 vendors, over 20 live performances and food from dozens of kitchens. The festival, billed as the Central Texas Asian Pop Culture Festival, has quickly grown into one of the region's bigger showcases of Asian arts, food and culture.
According to NightMarket.fun, this year's edition goes all in with markets built around anime, K-pop, gaming and street food, alongside two stages of music, dance and martial arts. Filipina rapper Ruby Ibarra is scheduled to perform, per the festival's event listing. As CultureMap Austin reported, Ibarra is set to headline the event.
The venue sits at 1510 Alexis Dr. in Cedar Park, and the festival's own listing confirms that address as the site for the Nov. 14 gathering. Kids 12 and under get in free, the event's FAQ page notes, and attendees driving in can use free off-site parking at the H-E-B Center, with complimentary shuttles running from 3:45 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
A New Three-Year Deal With the City
This year's festival arrives alongside bigger institutional backing. The event is presented by The Lunar Foundation, the Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce and Cedar Park Parks & Recreation, and it's now considered an official City of Cedar Park event. The Lunar Foundation says the arrangement includes the renewal of a three-year partnership with the city, according to a post on thelunarfoundation.org.
That same post describes a new addition to the 2026 lineup: Cinema by the Lake, a four-hour outdoor showcase highlighting Asian cinema from across the diaspora. It's a departure from prior years, when the festival's programming leaned more heavily on food, shopping and live performance rather than film.
Building On Last Year's Turnout
NightMarket.fun isn't a new concept for Lakeline Park. The 2025 edition was scheduled for Oct. 18 of that year, running from 2 to 10 p.m., and was billed as a one-day celebration of Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander culture, according to a release carried by einpresswire.com. That event was expected to bring together more than 100 small businesses, artists, food vendors and community organizations, with cultural performances, music, a kids' zone, eating competitions and interactive games.
This year's ticket, per the festival's FAQ, covers all entertainment — the 20-plus performances, market activities, prize games and kids' programming — along with professional security, event logistics and the free shuttle-served parking. On Instagram, the festival's account teased the date and partnership, posting that the event runs Nov. 14 at Lakeline Park from 4 to 10 p.m. in collaboration with The Lunar Foundation and the Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce.
What's Still Unconfirmed
The 2026 performance lineup lists performers for both stages, though a detailed set schedule has not yet been published in full. Organizers have also not released verified attendance figures or an economic-impact estimate for the Cedar Park event. As with any outdoor festival, the schedule remains subject to change due to weather or other concerns, and attendees are encouraged to verify details directly with the venue or organizers closer to the date.
