Cleveland police are asking for the public’s help finding Novella Mitchell, a 34-year-old woman who has been missing since Sept. 21. She was last seen near West 33rd Street and Mapledale Avenue, wearing all black, and investigators say she’s known to spend time in the city’s Clark-Fulton neighborhood.
According to Cleveland19, Mitchell was last spotted wearing a black jacket, black pants, and black shoes without laces. She has hazel eyes and blond hair, stands 5 feet 5 inches tall, and weighs 112 pounds, the station reports.
Clark-Fulton Ties Could Hold the Key
Police say Mitchell frequently spends time in Clark-Fulton, a detail investigators are highlighting as they canvass for leads. The disappearance was first reported out of the Brooklyn Centre area, the station notes, with the West 33rd Street and Mapledale Avenue intersection marking her last confirmed location.
The case is also drawing coverage from FOX 8 News, which reported that the station is working with Amanda Berry to help find Mitchell as part of its ongoing effort to publicize her disappearance.
