
Cleveland police are asking for information about Phoenix Phillips, a 24-year-old man from Maryland. He was last seen at about 6 a.m. Friday near West Superior Avenue and Robert Lockwood Drive and may be traveling on foot, according to Cleveland 19 News. Police received the missing-person report at 10 a.m. Friday in the 1800 block of Euclid Avenue.
Phillips is 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighs 170 pounds, Cleveland 19 reported. The outlet also reported that police consider the circumstances of his disappearance concerning. Its report lists the Cleveland Division of Police Third District number as 216-623-5318 and the nonemergency number as 216-621-1234.
Detectives are checking the area for video and following tips, News 5 Cleveland reported, citing Sgt. Freddy Diaz, a police public information officer. News 5 also reported Diaz’s account that Phillips, who was visiting from out of state, became separated from the person accompanying him and investigators were still trying to determine what happened. Phillips had come to Cleveland for the Thursday night Browns-Steelers game, the outlet reported.
