Cleveland is starting Monday with clear skies and temperatures in the mid-40s, but the afternoon will bring plenty of sunshine and a high near 64 degrees. The dry, seasonable pattern is expected to hold all week, giving Northeast Ohio a run of crisp mornings and comfortable afternoons.
Sunny Skies Hold Through The Week
Monday will stay sunny with light winds, and temperatures should climb into the low 60s by late morning before topping out near 64. The National Weather Service Cleveland office says the region should remain dry through the weekend, with highs generally in the 60s and overnight lows mostly in the 40s.
Tuesday will be mostly sunny with a high near 65, followed by sunny or mostly sunny conditions Wednesday through Saturday. Saturday could be the warmest day of the stretch at about 66 degrees, with Sunday reaching around 67 under mostly sunny skies.
Cooler Nights Could Bring Frost Outside The City
Monday night will be mostly clear with a low near 46, and similar overnight conditions are expected through the week. The weather service said patchy frost could return in cooler areas, particularly south and east of Cleveland, where skies remain clear enough for temperatures to drop quickly.
Lake Erie Winds Pick Up Tuesday
Northeast winds are expected to strengthen over Lake Erie Tuesday into Tuesday night, producing waves around 2 to 3 feet and briefly higher waves in the central basin if winds increase. Conditions should ease Wednesday and Thursday, with waves generally falling below 2 feet.
