A 45-year-old woman was shot and killed Monday night at a home on CR 3142 in Cleveland, Texas, and the 64-year-old man who lives there is now behind bars on a murder charge. Terry Lynn Key was detained at the scene and arrested without incident before being booked into the Liberty County Jail, where his bond has been set at $1 million.
According to Bluebonnet News, the Liberty County Sheriff's Office is investigating the fatal shooting, which happened Monday at the residence. Deputies responded to the scene at approximately 8:20 p.m. after a report of a shooting, and the woman was pronounced dead at the location.
