Tickets are now on sale for the fifth year of Fireflies Holiday Lights at Segra Park in Columbia, with the display set to open Nov. 20 and run nightly through Jan. 3. This year's show promises more than 2 million LED lights strung across the ballpark, along with new group seating options and features including themed areas and a craft station.

According to WIS News 10, the event takes place nightly from 6 to 9 p.m., with a shortened schedule of 5 to 8 p.m. on New Year's Eve. The lights will go dark on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day, according to Fireflies Holiday Lights' FAQ page. General admission runs $10 per person in November and climbs to $12 in December and January, with all tickets costing $2 more if bought on the day of the event, the station reports.

The jump to more than 2 million lights marks a visible step up from last year's display, which organizers had billed as featuring over 1.7 million lights, according to MiLB.com. That earlier season, which organizers described as the event's fourth holiday run, kept the same 6-to-9-p.m. nightly window and the same $10/$12 pricing structure now in place for 2026, per the same outlet's reporting. Last year's tickets also rose by $2 on the day of the event, and MiLB.com noted an advance, non-dated ticket priced at $9 that was valid for any night of the display — though this year's seed reporting does not mention whether that non-dated option is returning.

What's Included With General Admission

A standard ticket covers access to the full light display along with themed areas, numerous vendors, the Craft Station and visits with Santa Claus, per the official FAQ page. Santa is scheduled to be on hand every night the lights are open, taking pictures and hearing Christmas wishes from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., the site states. Children age 2 and under get in free and don't need a ticket, while active or retired military, seniors 65 and older, and first responders qualify for $2 off admission under the site's listed eligibility rules.

Beyond the walk-through experience, this year's offerings include infield igloos. The prior season also featured Fireflies Express train rides and s'mores pit areas, according to MiLB.com. WIS News 10 reports that infield igloos this year include eight six-person igloos priced at $198 per night, plus two new 10-person igloos at $330 per night. Those igloo packages come with admission, a charcuterie board, bottomless hot chocolate and coffee, bottled water, cookies and an attendant, per the station's report. The official ticketing site separately notes that only eight igloos are available each night and must be reserved in advance, with the new 10-person option meant for groups wanting a reserved gathering space on the field.

Group Options and Where to Buy

Tickets are available at Fireflies Holiday Lights, and the event's information line can be reached at 803-726-4487, extension 2, per WIS News 10's reporting.

If the event is officially canceled due to weather, ticket holders can exchange their tickets for any remaining 2026 date based on availability, though no refunds will be issued, according to the FAQ page. With opening night just over three weeks away, organizers appear to be leaning into the bigger bulb count and expanded igloo lineup as the headline draws for this holiday season at Segra Park.
