Def Leppard is coming back to Cleveland. The Rock & Roll Hall of Famers will bring their 2027 North American tour to Rocket Arena on Monday, June 21, 2027, with the Goo Goo Dolls and The Struts opening the show.
The Cleveland stop is part of a sprawling 45-date arena run, according to billboard.com, which features the Goo Goo Dolls and The Struts as support acts throughout. As cleveland.com notes, Def Leppard was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame back in 2019, cementing the band's status as one of rock's enduring arena draws decades after its platinum-selling heyday.
The band's catalog has kept growing in the years since. Per the same cleveland.com report, Def Leppard's most recent album, the glam-rock throwback “Diamond Star Halos,” came out in 2022 and peaked in the Top 10 of the Billboard 200 — proof the group is still charting new material rather than coasting purely on nostalgia.
Tour Dates Span Four Months Across North America
The tour is scheduled to kick off on March 2, 2027, and run through July 2, 2027, according to billboard.com. The outlet reports the run is set to wind down at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, while Blabbermouth.net similarly describes the tour as spanning the United States and Canada across that same four-month stretch.
Ohio fans won't have to travel far to catch the band twice. Blabbermouth.net's published itinerary lists a June 19, 2027, Def Leppard and Goo Goo Dolls performance at the Schottenstein Center in Columbus — just two days before the Cleveland show.
Ticket Sales Begin Friday, With Proceeds Benefiting Cancer Research
General ticket sales are set to begin Friday, October 16. cleveland.com reports tickets for the Rocket Arena show go on sale that day through rocketarena.com, while Just Jared reports tickets go on sale to the general public on October 16 at 10 a.m. local time through LiveNation.com. The two outlets point to different ticketing platforms, so fans may want to check both before buying.
There's also a charitable component built into the tour. For every ticket sold, $1 will be donated to City of Hope, according to Blabbermouth.net, which supports cancer research and treatment. The Cleveland date was first reported locally by Cleveland 19 News, which confirmed the band's return to Northeast Ohio for 2027.
