A partnership that predates the latest drop
The Lions’ Off Campus collection sits within a broader effort to bring fashion into team apparel. PPAI described the Off Season brand as a collaboration involving the NFL, designer Kristin Juszczyk, entrepreneur Emma Grede and Fanatics, with the aim of redefining what team apparel can look like.
The launch began with NFL outerwear
The NFL, Fanatics, Kristin Juszczyk and Emma Grede announced the collaboration on Jan. 7, 2025. In its launch announcement, distributed by PR Newswire, Off Season said its debut collection would represent five teams, including Detroit, with puffer vests, puffer jackets and long coats.
The Lions and the brand have also worked together before. In September 2025, MLive reported on an earlier Detroit Lions Off Season x NFL Ready-To-Wear collection, calling it a stylish, unisex lineup and noting a hoodie priced at $165. That earlier release suggests the retailer has been building out the partnership for more than a year.
The latest collection, grouped by garment type
According to MLive, the drop includes six women’s and unisex pieces, with listed prices spanning $125 to $175. The release brings together apparel and layering pieces rather than a single game-day uniform.
MLive presents the collection as clothing for both game days and everyday wear, and identifies the fleece shrug cami and mock neck sweatshirt among its pieces. Product images in the original listing are credited to Fanatics.
The wider licensed-merchandise market
The available industry figures offer a global, not U.S.-specific, measure of the market: according to Licensing International, global sales of licensed sports merchandise and services rose 8.5% to $44.4 billion in 2025. Apparel led licensed product sales overall at $52.9 billion; that figure covers licensed products broadly, not sports apparel specifically.
The full six-piece drop is listed through Fanatics. MLive discloses that it may receive compensation when readers purchase products through links in its article.
