Hulk Hogan's widow, Sky Daily, and her stepson, Hayden Hitt, are facing multiple lawsuits from women identified only as Jane Does, who allege a March 28 party at Daily's home ended with a minor being raped while Daily supplied the alcohol and later destroyed evidence. A second lawsuit accuses Daily of trying to groom a minor into the Church of Scientology, while describing an abusive relationship involving Hitt.
Party Allegations Include Rape and a 'Kitchen Auction'
According to TMZ, the Jane Does are suing Daily and Hitt over allegations tied to a party where Daily is accused of providing booze for the gathering “even though she knew minors would be there.” The lawsuit, filed by Jane A. Doe on behalf of minor Jane B. Doe, alleges that a minor identified as John B. Doe raped Jane B. Doe for “several hours” while Hitt guarded the door. The complaint also alleges Hitt advertised Jane B. Doe in a group chat before she attended the party, referring to her as “Free P***y,” and held an “auction” for her in his kitchen while she was incapacitated, per the outlet's report.
The alleged party took place on March 28, 2026, according to a separate account from Complex, which reports that Daily supplied alcohol to minors in attendance. The same lawsuit alleges that afterward, Daily discarded two used condoms and removed blood-stained sheets from the scene, the outlet reports.
Second Lawsuit Alleges Attempted Scientology Recruitment
A separate lawsuit filed by another Jane Doe alleges that after she met Hitt on social media, she was invited to stay at Daily's house so she could be groomed to join the Church of Scientology, according to the same Complex report. That plaintiff claims Daily went on to try to recruit her by signing her up for a homeschooling program run by the church.
A second Jane Doe's complaint describes an abusive relationship involving Hitt, according to TMZ. When that plaintiff reported to police that Hitt had physically attacked her, the lawsuit alleges Daily immediately evicted her and threw her belongings into the front yard.
Alleged Police Case Closure Cited in Complaint
The same plaintiff alleges in her lawsuit that the Clearwater Police Department quickly closed her case because of Daily's alleged standing within the Church of Scientology, the outlet's report states. None of the allegations in any of the lawsuits have been independently verified, and TMZ reported that it reached out to Daily for comment but had not received a response as of its report.
Pattern Across Lawsuits Involves Alcohol and Minors
Taken together, the lawsuits allege a recurring pattern in which alcohol supplied by Daily is tied to misconduct involving Hitt or minors at the center of the complaints. One filing specifically alleges that Hitt would physically attack a plaintiff “sometimes due to being under the influence of alcohol provided by” his mother, according to the Complex report. Complex also notes that the lawsuits separately allege sexual assault at the party and an attempted recruitment of a minor into Scientology, framing them as distinct but related legal actions against Daily and Hitt.
Daily, widow of the late professional wrestler Hulk Hogan, has not addressed the lawsuits publicly in the materials reviewed for this report. The allegations remain civil claims that have not been adjudicated, and no additional detail on case numbers, court filings, or any law enforcement response beyond what is alleged in the lawsuits themselves has been made available.
