Louisville is waking up to clear skies and a crisp start Monday, with temperatures near 52 degrees early and light to steady north-northeast to east-northeast winds. Sunshine will take over the day, pushing the temperature to about 75 degrees by afternoon with no rain expected.
After the weekend's unsettled weather, the city gets a clean, dry reset. The National Weather Service Louisville forecast shows no watches, warnings or advisories for the area.
A Clear Night Sets Up A Warmer Week
Monday night will be clear and noticeably cooler, with temperatures falling to around 49 degrees and a light northeast wind. Tuesday will closely resemble Monday, bringing another sunny day near 75 degrees before the warm-up becomes more obvious.
Wednesday should reach the mid-80s under sunny skies, followed by highs in the mid-80s Thursday and Friday. Saturday stays warm as well, with a high around 82 degrees and mostly sunny conditions expected.
Rain Chances Return Late Weekend
The dry stretch may finally loosen its grip late Saturday evening into Sunday, when a 40–60% chance of beneficial rainfall is forecast for the area. Mid- to low-level clouds are expected to set in Sunday, with a high near 81 degrees.
For Louisville residents, the week ahead looks favorable for outdoor plans, but the warm afternoons will arrive alongside increasingly dry conditions. The broader forecast area is expected to see drought concerns worsen before the next better chance for beneficial rain arrives late Saturday into Sunday.
