A new food truck slinging Mexican seafood has rolled into Hutto this month, giving local diners another option for ceviche, aguachile and fresh fruit drinks. Mariscos el Jaguar opened in October, adding Mexican seafood dishes to the city's growing lineup of eateries.
The truck specializes in Mexican seafood dishes, according to Community Impact, with a menu built around aguachile verde, ceviche, tostadas and shrimp tacos. The menu gives Hutto residents a seafood-centric alternative to the area's existing taco and barbecue spots.

Beyond the seafood plates, the truck also serves a lineup of drinks meant to cool things down between bites. The menu features mangonadas, fresh juices and horchata, the same report notes, rounding out a menu that blends savory seafood with sweet, fruit-based refreshments.
Mariscos el Jaguar isn't a solo operation in the area. The business also runs a location in Round Rock alongside its Hutto location.
