The station did not specify the nature or extent of those injuries. Euber was discharged from the hospital before troopers took her into custody.
State Police took Euber to State Police Brunswick for processing after her Thursday arrest, according to the report. The case involves two counts of second-degree assault.
Arraignment And Release Conditions
Euber was arraigned in Brunswick Town Court and released under the supervision of the Rensselaer County Probation Department, WRGB reported.
How County EMS Support Is Organized
According to Rensselaer County, its Bureau of Public Safety Emergency Communications Center is the primary dispatch point for 17 of the county’s 19 EMS agencies. The county also says its EMS Coordinator and staff respond to incidents involving multiple EMS agencies and provide other support to local squads. Its description does not explain how police assistance is coordinated when a patient becomes violent during transport, or establish whether county dispatch or EMS staff were involved in this incident.
