Mohammed Faizal, a 46-year-old man who is deaf and does not speak, went missing from an apartment complex on Atherton Drive.
According to a Manteca Police Department Facebook post, Faizal is approximately 4 feet 8 inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds, with dark eyes and gold-rimmed glasses.
The urgency of the search is compounded by Faizal's communication barriers. He is deaf and does not speak, meaning he would be unable to call out for help or respond verbally if approached by someone looking for him.
