Plans for a new luxury subdivision near The Legend at Brandybrook Golf Course call for 10 estate-sized lots. Lot prices reportedly start at $580,000, and some lots are sized up to 15 acres.
The project, called Welsh Estates, is described as a luxury subdivision near the golf course, according to The Business Journals, which reported the lot count and pricing.
The Legend at Brandybrook itself is a familiar name in the area's golf-course housing scene. A separate community called Brandybrook Estates, described by Westridge Builders as the company's newest subdivision in the Town of Genesee, sits on half-acre lots along hole No. 8 of that same course, according to westridgebuilders.com. The builder markets that community to “golfers and families alike,” with pond, golf-course and woodland views as a selling point.

Broader Housing Market Backdrop
The push toward 2027 construction for Welsh Estates comes as Wisconsin's housing market has shown some signs of easing borrowing costs. The average monthly 30-year fixed mortgage rate fell from 6.96% in January 2025 to 6.10% in January 2026, according to a report from the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association. The Wisconsin Builders Association separately tracks housing activity data, describing it as the number of building, septic and other permits that signal the start of a home construction project.
