A new 24-hour gastropub has opened inside Aliante Casino + Hotel + Spa in North Las Vegas, serving everything from country-fried steak and eggs to wagyu sliders and prickly pear cocktails at any hour of the day or night. Render Modern Kitchen brings a round-the-clock menu, a bar and a live performance stage to the North Las Vegas Boulevard corridor.
Boyd Gaming describes Render as a contemporary gastropub serving approachable comfort food, international dishes and handcrafted beverages. The design leans into an industrial-meets-local aesthetic, with brick walls, steel details, dark walnut paneling and street-culture-inspired artwork filling the space, which centers on a bar and a performance stage for live entertainment. Aliante sits at 7300 North Aliante Parkway in North Las Vegas, Nevada. The property has a 125,000-square-foot gaming area, 202 hotel rooms and suites, and more than 20,000 square feet of flexible meeting and convention space, per SmarterVegas.
An All-Day, All-Night Menu
Render's kitchen stays open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, covering breakfast, lunch, dinner and overnight fare without a break. Morning options include buttermilk pancakes, strawberry shortcake French toast, farm loco moco and an island breakfast built around Portuguese sausage or Spam. Shareable plates range from poke nachos on crisp wonton chips to candied bacon with a maple bourbon dip, alongside 12-inch Neapolitan-style pizzas and a hot honey chicken sandwich on a potato bun.
Bigger plates lean into comfort-food territory with roasted prime rib, Cajun pasta, Scottish salmon and beef short ribs, while dessert options include banana pudding and a seasonal fruit cobbler topped with Lappert's vanilla ice cream. The bar program features a blackberry bourbon smash, a smoked old-fashioned and a Desert Loom cocktail made with prickly pear and mezcal, plus alcohol-free botanical and citrus drinks for guests who want to skip the booze. Render also has a custom performance stage for live music and entertainment.
Boyd's Las Vegas Dining Lineup
Render joins other dining concepts at Boyd Gaming's Las Vegas properties, including STG Bar & Grill at Sam's Town and Charter 75 Modern Kitchen at Gold Coast.
Latest in a String of Aliante Upgrades
Render's opening follows the August debut of Aliante's redesigned Race & Sportsbook, which added VIP plush booths and a 30-foot video wall capable of showing up to 30 games at once, as Hoodline previously reported. Aliante also has plans to upgrade its movie theater complex for the Regal Premium Experience, along with additional changes planned for the casino floor, beverage offerings and resort amenities.
The resort has changed hands and names more than once since it first opened. Aliante opened as Aliante Station in November 2008, with construction costing $662 million. It was renamed Aliante Casino and Hotel in 2012, and Boyd Gaming acquired the property for $380 million in 2016, as reported by the Las Vegas Review-Journal. Boyd Gaming, founded in 1975, has 27 properties in 11 states.
With Render now running around the clock, Aliante offers another all-hours dining option off the Strip.
