A reformer Pilates studio is staking out new ground in Cedar Park, with plans for a location at 12301 West Parmer Lane, Building 3, Suite 300. Franchisees Sanket and Parita Patel are introducing the studio, which would mark Pilates Addiction's fourth location in the Austin area.
According to What Now Austin, the new gym is coming to that West Parmer Lane address, and the studio's main group fitness room is planned to hold 12 Aurum Reformers. An opening date has not yet been released, the outlet reports.
Renovation work for the studio is scheduled to begin in November and finish in January 2027, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing cited by Community Impact Newspaper. That timeline would put the Cedar Park studio on track for an early-2027 buildout, even though no official opening date has been announced.
What Pilates Addiction Offers
Pilates Addiction describes its format as a blend of classical Pilates technique with modern strength, cardio and core work, per the company's own website for its East Austin location. Classes are performed on the brand's proprietary Aurum Reformer, according to the company's page for its Steiner Ranch studio.
The studio's class formats range from high-intensity workouts to recovery-focused stretching sessions, designed to serve everyone from beginners to advanced athletes, according to the company's East Austin page. Pilates Addiction's lineup includes four signature classes — Ignite, Core+, Max and Mobility Rx — according to the company's presale page for its South Austin studio.
A Growing Austin-Area Footprint
The Cedar Park project is part of a broader expansion push for the brand this year. The company has sold more than 300 franchise territories across 27 states, and is in around 350 territories in 27 states, the report states.
Pilates Addiction already has locations in Dallas, Manvel and Austin's Steiner Ranch, with a South Austin studio also in the works. That South Austin location, planned for 9901 Brodie Lane, Suite 145A inside Shady Hollow Village, is being introduced by co-franchisees Rosa Fishman and Victor Sandoval, who are targeting a mid- to late-fall opening this year. The South Austin studio is expected to be the first of three Pilates Addiction locations the pair plan to open.
A Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing tied to a project named Pilates Addiction lists a facility called Quinlan Crossing at 5145 N. FM 620 Rd., Suite G-170, in Austin — an address distinct from the Cedar Park site reported for this project. The relationship between that filing and the Cedar Park studio has not been independently confirmed.
With renovation work slated to run from November through January, Cedar Park residents eyeing a reformer workout closer to home will likely have to wait into the new year for more details, including when the studio's doors will actually open.
