Princess Bride Diamonds is about to get a lot more elbow room. The Huntington Beach jeweler plans to move from its current 839-square-foot Bella Terra showroom into a 6,555-square-foot space once occupied by Huntington Surf & Sport, growing nearly eightfold within the same shopping center.
The expansion was detailed by WhatNow, which reports the new location is expected to open in summer 2027. Until then, the jeweler's existing showroom will remain open while construction and preparations for the larger space move forward, so customers won't lose access to the shop in the meantime.
The new showroom is planned for 7777 Edinger Avenue in Huntington Beach, according to the same report, while the current store operates at 7821 Edinger Ave, Suite 130, per Princess Bride Diamonds' own listing of its location and hours. Both addresses sit within the Bella Terra complex, meaning the business isn't going far, just getting a lot more square footage to work with.
More Room for Rings, Repairs and Walk-Ins
The bigger footprint is meant to solve a practical problem: not enough space for the crowds the shop already draws. The expanded store will provide additional space for engagement rings, wedding bands, and fine jewelry collections, the jeweler's announcement notes, and the company says it plans to bring back same-day service and accommodate more walk-in customers once the move is complete.
The larger showroom will also provide more room for personalized assistance and custom jewelry services, according to the same report. On its own site, Princess Bride Diamonds describes a custom-design process that lets customers select diamonds, choose settings, and develop personalized designs with staff, services the company says are better suited to a larger floor plan than the current 839-square-foot footprint allows.
A Family Business Built Over Two Decades
Princess Bride Diamonds describes itself as a third-generation family business with more than 40 years of experience in the jewelry industry. The company was founded in 2006 by Tito and Lisa Baca, who built the business around engagement rings, custom designs, and fine jewelry, according to the company's own account on its about page.
Tito and Lisa Baca's children and other family members are now involved in the company's operations. The business names Tito, Lisa, Sarah, Cody, and Dallas as the family members who run Princess Bride Diamonds together at Bella Terra in Huntington Beach, keeping the operation a hands-on, multigenerational affair even as it scales up its physical footprint.
The jeweler's current offerings include lab-grown and natural diamonds, custom engagement rings, wedding bands, earrings, necklaces, and bracelets. The company also promotes made-to-order and custom jewelry consultations at its showroom, services that are expected to carry over, and expand, once the move to the larger Bella Terra space is complete.
Princess Bride Diamonds will remain at Bella Terra throughout the transition, with its existing showroom continuing to operate until the new space is ready. For now, shoppers can still find the business at its current Edinger Avenue suite while the larger storefront takes shape just steps away.
