Raleigh police have charged Emerson Morales-Roblero with felony secret peeping following the alleged incident at the 400H apartment complex.

According to WRAL, arrest warrants state that Morales-Roblero placed his phone under a woman's restroom stall and left it there recording. A woman reportedly discovered the device while attempting to use the restroom, and she recognized him as a member of the building's housekeeping staff.
