A proposed $21.7 million nursing facility near the Westfield Galleria at Roseville is advancing through permitting. The 120-bed project is planned for Conference Center Drive.
The 120-bed skilled nursing facility is being developed by St. Louis-based RangeComm Development under the commercial brand Galleria Post Acute, according to ABC10. A public hearing was planned as part of the city review process.
The Project Advances Through Permitting
The timing of a formal construction start and any updated construction cost remain uncertain.
The facility is planned for a 7.87-acre parcel at 250 Conference Center Drive that is being subdivided into two lots — a vacant 3.63-acre Parcel A and a 4.25-acre Parcel B set aside for the nursing home, according to San Francisco YIMBY. City planning documents list 250 Conference Center, LLC as the landowner.
What the Finished Facility Would Include
Plans call for a 53,600-square-foot complex spread across three single-story buildings connected by breezeways. Architectural plans include a therapy gym, dining and activity spaces.
RangeComm estimates the facility will create roughly 150 local jobs spanning caregiving, culinary, administrative, maintenance, and housekeeping roles, the station reports.
Fitting Into Placer County's Health Network
Sutter Roseville Medical Center has added 36 new beds, including 12 ICU beds.
The project is advancing through permitting, though the timing of construction remains unclear.
