San Antonio police are asking the public to help locate 50-year-old Tyrone Moore, who has a diagnosed medical condition. Police say he was last seen in the 700 block of East Josephine Street near Pearl on the city's North Side.
Moore was last heard from on Oct. 22, according to KSAT, which reported that SAPD had asked for the public's help. The report was published Oct. 28, about six days after that date.
SAPD describes Moore as 5 feet 7 inches tall, with brown eyes and black curly hair. He was last seen wearing denim shorts and a black hoodie. Police also listed a cross tattoo on his left forearm and said he is left-handed.
What to Do If You Have Information
Anyone with information about Moore's whereabouts is asked to contact SAPD's Missing Person Unit at 210-207-7660. Police have not released further details about his diagnosed medical condition.
The information made public identifies the 700 block of East Josephine Street as the place where Moore was last seen; it does not describe his movements after that.

The Texas Department of Public Safety says its CLEAR Alert program assists law enforcement in locating missing, kidnapped or abducted adults and adults in immediate danger of injury or death.
