Skeleton’s Lair is open Fridays and Saturdays through October 31, with select Sundays and an additional Thursday opening on October 29. The outdoor scream park, on Cemetery Road along Highway 234 between Bowling Green and Scottsville, is featuring three franchise-themed guest weekends during its 27th season, the Bowling Green Daily News reports.

October guest schedule

On October 9 and 10, stuntman Kevin Ball, who doubled for Jonathan Breck in the original Jeepers Creepers, is scheduled to meet visitors. The original film’s screen-used truck, JC, is also planned to be on site for free selfie photos. On October 16 and 17, Kevin Foster, who performed Freddy Fazbear in the first two Five Nights at Freddy’s films, is scheduled to appear. The final featured weekend, October 23 and 24, brings Lee Waddell, the original Ghostface performer in Scream and an actor in Scream 2, for appearances, autographs and in-costume photos, according to the Daily News.

The park’s four attractions run alongside the guest events: a walk through haunted woods, a haunted hayride, a two-story haunted house and Skeletal-Visions, a clown-themed 3D maze. The woods include Blood Harvest, a two-story pumpkin house, and the Haunted House of Wax; the hayride includes the Big Top Terror Circus Town set. The haunted house’s Scary Tales theme uses a DoomsDay Doll Factory setting, the newspaper reports.

Planning a visit—and the wider Halloween calendar

General admission is $35 to $40, plus tax and fees. Tickets are available online or at the gate, and the attraction lists 270-318-3800 for details, according to Skeleton’s Lair. The park says guests need proof of admission to meet celebrity guests and that autograph fees are cash only.

Skeleton’s Lair is not the only area Halloween event listed for this period. Beech Bend Park separately advertises a 2026 Halloween event running September 25 through October 31, Friday through Sunday, with daytime family activities and nighttime attractions. Its schedule offers another local option, but does not establish anything about Skeleton’s Lair’s attendance or operations, according to Beech Bend.

The broader visitor economy provides context, not a measure of this attraction’s impact: the Bowling Green Area Convention & Visitors Bureau says tourism generated $495.2 million in economic impact across Bowling Green and Warren County in 2025. That annual regional total does not break out October, Halloween events or visits to Skeleton’s Lair, the bureau says.
