Jet Sales Solutions LLC is relocating to the Interstate Distribution Center in South Jacksonville, where it plans to occupy 28,047 square feet under a lease scheduled to begin Feb. 1, 2027.

The move was detailed in a report from the Jacksonville Daily Record, which covers permitting activity around the city. The lease covers 28,047 square feet.

Jet Sales Solutions supplies packaging materials and equipment, labels, and warehouse, safety and janitorial supplies, per the same report.

Brokers Behind the Deal

NAI Hallmark announced Oct. 5 that it had completed the lease transaction, with vice president Jason Purdy and broker Camden Padgett representing landlord EastGroup Properties. Per the firm's release, Purdy said accessibility matters to industrial users and that Interstate Distribution Center offers a well-connected Southside location. He added that NAI Hallmark was pleased to represent EastGroup Properties and help facilitate Jet Sales Solutions' relocation. The release did not include additional details of the transaction, such as rent or lease term.

A Market Still Finding Its Footing

The lease comes as Jacksonville's industrial sector works through a stretch of oversupply. A Q1 2026 report from Colliers described the local industrial market as rebalancing as construction slows, with negative net absorption pushing vacancy up to 10.6% during the quarter.

Colliers also pointed to a substantial 10.4 million-square-foot tenant pipeline expected to gradually absorb existing inventory through 2026, even as new construction has slowed to just 764,000 square feet underway across the metro. Rents, meanwhile, held steady at $9.08 per square foot on a triple-net basis, the firm reported. Against that backdrop, a 28,000-square-foot lease at a 1990s-era Southside property represents the kind of steady, smaller-scale deal filling space while larger projects wait out the glut.

Other Industrial Activity Around Jacksonville

The Jet Sales Solutions build-out is one of several industrial permitting and leasing stories moving through Jacksonville this fall. The Jacksonville Daily Record also reported that two spec warehouses landed permits at Port Jax in North Jacksonville. Elsewhere in the city, plans have previously circulated for the Airport Commerce Center, a project preparing 821,720 square feet of North Jacksonville industrial space, and for the Pickettville Distribution Complex, a 381,900-square-foot warehouse center built out by Warehouse Rentals.
