St. Cloud is gearing up for its 63rd annual Christmas Parade this December, and the clock is already ticking for businesses, nonprofits, schools and clubs that want a spot in the lineup at a discount. Registration is officially open, with early pricing available only through November 10 before costs jump for every entrant.
The milestone parade is presented by Orlando Health - St. Cloud Hospital, according to the St. Cloud Greater Osceola Chamber of Commerce. As reported by Positively Osceola, the event marks the 63rd year of the parade and is set to roll through Downtown St. Cloud, Florida, in December 2026, continuing a tradition the outlet notes has spanned more than 60 years and 62 prior years of community Christmas memories. Experience Kissimmee also brings the parade to the community, per the same report.
The Chamber hosts the parade in partnership with the City of St. Cloud, Positively Osceola reports. Registration is open now to businesses, nonprofits, schools, clubs and other organizations hoping to enter floats, bands or displays, and the Chamber's listing lays out exactly what that will cost depending on when groups sign up.
Early Registration Window Closes November 10
Chamber members can register for $125 and nonmembers for $175 through November 10, according to the Chamber's event page. Starting November 11, the price rises to $250 for everyone, regardless of membership status — a steep jump that gives early birds a clear financial incentive to act now rather than wait.
The Chamber's preferred registration method is online, which allows participants to pay by credit card, the listing states. Organizations that prefer paper forms can still take part by emailing signed applications to [email protected], per the same source.
Floats, Bands and Decades of Downtown Tradition
The parade typically includes decorated floats, marching bands, community organizations and other Christmas celebrations, Positively Osceola reports. Past editions have leaned into festive themes, with the Chamber and local coverage describing recent years' motifs as “The Magic of Christmas,” “Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree” and “Christmas Movie Time.”
The event has also built a reputation as a family-friendly fixture, with festivities aimed at all ages, according to a Chamber event listing from a prior year. Community turnout has been strong in recent editions — Positively Osceola reported more than 120 entries in the 62nd annual parade, including high school bands, public safety departments, businesses, nonprofits, churches and equestrian groups, with thousands lining the streets of Downtown St. Cloud to watch.
Remote Viewing Options for Those Who Can't Attend
For residents who can't make it downtown in person, the parade will be livestreamed on Positively Osceola and the Chamber's social media channels, providing a remote viewing option, according to the outlet's report. That continues a pattern from previous years, when a Chamber listing described the event as locally televised and livestreamed on the Chamber's social media pages.
Registration details, including the online portal and the November 10 pricing deadline, are available through the Chamber's event page. Organizations weighing whether to join the 63rd annual celebration have just over a month to register before costs rise across the board.
