Milwaukee woke to clear skies and temperatures around 57 degrees early Sunday, with a much warmer afternoon ahead. Sunshine will push inland areas toward the upper 70s or low 80s, while temperatures along the immediate lakeshore could hold in the upper 60s or low 70s. A light south wind keeps the day comfortable for walks, errands and outdoor plans.
Sunny Sunday Leads Into An Even Hotter Monday
The National Weather Service expects mostly sunny skies Sunday, with temperatures near Lake Michigan potentially holding in the low 70s while inland areas climb toward the upper 70s or low 80s. Sunday night stays mostly clear with a low around 60.

Showers Return Before A Cooler, Windier Finish
Tuesday could start with a few showers before turning mostly sunny, with a high near 64 degrees. Small rain chances linger Wednesday, while Thursday and Thursday night bring a better chance of showers and mostly cloudy skies.
By Friday, Milwaukee turns noticeably cooler and windier, with a high near 57 and northwest winds of 15 to 25 mph. Saturday is forecast to reach the mid-70s, cooler than Monday's brief October heat wave.
Lake Michigan Advisory Ends Early Sunday
Boaters should use extra caution early Sunday, when a Small Craft Advisory remains in effect for part of the nearshore waters until 7 a.m. The latest forecast is a more substantial warm-weather update than Hoodline's earlier Saturday outlook, with Monday now shaping up as the week's heat peak before unsettled weather takes over.
