South Main Street in Amherst’s plans
A Town of Amherst pedestrian safety study describes downtown as the town’s heart, noting that it includes the county seat, town hall and several key businesses and institutions, according to the Town of Amherst.
The Town’s 2019 annual financial report said its comprehensive plan identified the South Main Street area from the library to Ambriar Shopping Center as a local business zone.
Diners will be able to dial their heat preference up or down, with options spanning no spice, mild, medium, hot and Thai hot, per the same report. The menu centers on Thai dishes and pho, the Vietnamese noodle soup that has become a staple on menus well beyond Vietnamese kitchens.
