The Venetian Resort Las Vegas has unveiled Milano, a 275-suite enclave tucked inside The Palazzo that functions like a hotel within the hotel, complete with its own entrance and a pool reserved exclusively for its guests. The suites range from 720-square-foot king and queen rooms up to multi-room signature suites spanning 8,000 square feet, with the larger units including personal butler service.
According to the Venetian Resort Las Vegas, Milano was announced in June as an enclave of just 275 suites, with guests welcomed into a private lounge and funneled through a dedicated entry that allows them to bypass the main arrival areas of The Palazzo entirely. The resort described the design as built around clean lines, tactile materials and bespoke finishes drawn from Italian influence, and said more details on the project would be revealed soon. Wimberly Interiors designed the Milano suites, and Patrick Nichols said Milano reflects the company's vision for the future of luxury hospitality at the Venetian Resort Las Vegas, as reported by FOX5 Vegas.
A Pool and Entrance Built Just for Milano Guests
Among Milano's amenities is a Dolce&Gabbana-themed pool exclusive to its guests, featuring custom cabanas, loungers and décor inspired by the fashion house, per FOX5 Vegas. That's a step beyond the standard Palazzo Pool Deck, where access is already reserved for hotel guests only and includes amenity-rich cabanas, a lounge pool, seasonally heated waters and towel service, the Venetian Resort notes on its own site.
Milano will also offer a nightly guest experience called Milano Moments, inspired by Italian hospitality, according to the FOX5 Vegas report. Concierge service for Milano guests is described as personalized, layered on top of the separate entry and lounge that keep the enclave's arrivals apart from the rest of The Palazzo's foot traffic.
How Milano Stacks Up Against Vegas's Hidden Hotels
Milano joins a lineup of Las Vegas hotel-within-a-hotel concepts that have become something of a signature move on the Strip. The Mansion at MGM Grand consists of 29 Mediterranean-themed residences ranging from 2,400 to 12,000 square feet, according to The Points Guy. Other examples the outlet points to include NoMad Las Vegas, the Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas tucked inside Mandalay Bay, and the Nobu Hotel Las Vegas inside Caesars Palace.
These enclaves tend to follow a familiar playbook: elevated interiors, designated check-in areas, exclusive services, dedicated staff and upgraded amenities, the same outlet reports. At Aria, the Sky Suites and Sky Villas come with their own separate entrance, a designated check-in area, a separate pool area and 24-hour concierge, while Four Seasons guests at Mandalay Bay can choose between their private pool or Mandalay Bay's full pool complex and real-sand beach. The broader pattern, the report notes, is one of hidden hotels spreading beyond Las Vegas as the concept catches on elsewhere.
For now, the Venetian Resort has not released additional specifics beyond the June announcement, including pricing, amenities timelines or an opening date for Milano. The resort said at the time that more details would be revealed soon.
