A driver was seriously injured early Monday morning after crashing a truck into a wall in the northwest Las Vegas Valley, near the intersection of Ann Road and Jones Boulevard. Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department officers responded to the scene around 3:42 a.m., finding the vehicle had struck a nearby wall.

According to FOX5 Las Vegas, police said the driver was transported to a nearby hospital with serious injuries following the crash. The outlet reports that further details about the crash were not immediately available as of Monday.

Investigation Still in Early Stages

Police said an investigation into the crash is ongoing, per the same report. No information has been released about what led the truck to leave the roadway and strike the wall, and authorities have not said whether anyone else was involved.

The cited serious motorcycle crash occurred on October 4, 2025, at West Ann Road and Old Grove Way, more than a year before the October 26, 2026, article date. The collision left the motorcyclist with life-threatening injuries, according to News 3 Las Vegas. Police said at the time that a 2020 Kia Sorento, attempting a left turn from northbound Old Grove Way, failed to yield the right of way and entered the path of a 2013 Harley-Davidson motorcycle, and the rider was taken to University Medical Center Trauma Center and admitted with life-threatening injuries.

The Motorcyclist Later Died

The motorcyclist in that same crash died two days later, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported. The crash occurred just before 2:40 p.m. on a Saturday on West Ann Road at Old Grove Way, near North Decatur Boulevard, according to the newspaper. The Clark County coroner's office identified the motorcyclist as 75-year-old Irving Falkoff, the Review-Journal reported.

No connection has been established between Monday's truck crash and the earlier motorcycle crash, and police have not released a cause for this latest wreck. As the investigation into the Ann Road and Jones Boulevard crash continues, no additional details about the driver's condition or identity have been made public.
