Thomas Karn II was last seen around 5:30 p.m. on Drew Road in the Carver Gardens neighborhood, according to the York-Poquoson Sheriff's Office.
The sheriff's office reported that deputies are actively searching for Karn, as detailed by WAVY.com. He is described as 6 feet 1 inch tall and roughly 150 pounds, with shoulder-length brown and blond hair. When he was last seen, Karn was wearing black jeans, a gray T-shirt and black shoes.
