The Niagara Falls Planning Board approved plans for a Chick-fil-A restaurant at 6610 Niagara Falls Blvd., according to a report from CNHI.
What the Chick-fil-A Approval Looked Like
CNHI's report described that approved Chick-fil-A as a 5,000-square-foot restaurant with a double-lane drive-thru, an outdoor patio and a detached ordering canopy. The outlet also reported the restaurant will have 51 parking spaces and room to stack 38 vehicles across its drive-thru lanes, and noted it would mark the fourth Chick-fil-A location in Western New York.
The former Monro Muffler building is being renovated, with Wingstop and Domino's among the tenants. The Chick-fil-A approval is a separate planned restaurant project on Niagara Falls Boulevard.
