A former Fazoli's at 2012 Pratt Avenue in Bellevue is set to become the drive-thru chain's newest stand, with the location sitting near Cornhusker Road and Kennedy Freeway. No opening date has been announced yet, but the plans mark another step in 7 Brew's rapid push into the Omaha metro and beyond.

According to Grow Omaha, the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce confirmed the plans in response to a community Facebook post, verifying that the spot once occupied by the Italian fast-food chain is being eyed for the triple-stacked, stiletto-shaped coffee stands that have become a familiar sight along American highways. The outlet reported that an opening date has not been announced.

A Chain Still Finding Its Footing Around Omaha

7 Brew's interest in Bellevue follows a pattern the chain has repeated across the metro. The coffee and energy drink company was eyeing another west Omaha location back in June 2025 that would have marked its second stand in the city and third in the metro area, per the Omaha World-Herald. At that point, the brand advertised having more than 500 stands across 37 states, a footprint that has since grown considerably.

The first Omaha-area location actually opened its doors on January 19, 2026, with dozens of cars lining up along North 182nd Avenue for the debut, the same report noted. That kind of opening-day turnout has become something of a signature for 7 Brew as it works its way into new markets, one drive-thru lane at a time.

Nebraska Isn't the Only State Seeing New Stands

Bellevue's planned location fits into a broader wave of growth playing out nationwide this month. 7 Brew said it will open locations in 29 states during November, according to USA Today, with the expansion pushing the chain to more than 900 locations across 38 states as of late October. The same report said the November openings would bring 7 Brew to California for the first time, marking what it described as the company's 39th state.

The outlet also noted that each new 7 Brew location includes 75 new “brewista” jobs, and that Georgia, Illinois, North Carolina, Texas and Virginia are each slated to open five or more new locations this month. Other Nebraska communities are feeling the expansion too — two 7 Brew coffee shops were described as coming soon to south Lincoln in a report from the Beatrice Daily Sun.

Fazoli's Sites Keep Turning Into Coffee Stands

Bellevue wouldn't be the only former Fazoli's getting a caffeine makeover. A fast-growing Kansas City suburb may be on track to land its second 7 Brew Coffee location, according to recent final development plans reported by the Kansas City Business Journal, with the chain potentially replacing a closed Fazoli's in Lee's Summit. The repeated pairing of shuttered Italian fast-food spots with new coffee stands suggests 7 Brew has found a formula for quickly converting vacant, drive-thru-friendly real estate as it races to add locations across the country.
