Price Land Development Group is expanding its downtown Albuquerque office as the company heads toward its 10th anniversary in 2027. The move comes as the land developer continues work across Albuquerque and Santa Fe, where it has built a track record of turning raw acreage into residential subdivisions for homebuilders.
According to Albuquerque Business First, Price Land Development Group is a downtown consultancy. The company lists Deborah Corey as Business Operations Manager and CEO Liaison on its pricedevgroup.com leadership page, which also lists a Vice President, Land Planning & Entitlements position.
The staffing news lands as the company approaches a decade in business, with 2027 marking its 10th anniversary. Business First reported that Price has entitled and developed 1,645 lots across Albuquerque and Santa Fe since 2017, and that the company has more than 1,700 additional lots in planning stages.
A Five-Year Track Record Of Lot Deliveries
Price's own accounting of its earlier years gives a sense of the pace behind those numbers. The company says it delivered 931 total residential lots across 13 phases or communities during its first five years, per the company's account on pricedevgroup.com. That same period saw development of 237 acres that led to 300 occupied homes, the company reported, along with more than $77 million managed in land development.
Price has also touted its investment in public space alongside those subdivisions, though the company's own figures on that front don't entirely agree. One company account states that Price developed 69 acres of parks, trails and open space across the communities of Colibri, Aspire, Trails, Laos Diamantes PH 1, Jemez Vista and High Range during its first five years. A separate company post describing its six-year history put the figure at 70 acres of parks, trails and open space — a discrepancy the available material doesn't explain.
Housing Supply
A National Association of Home Builders survey found that 76% of builders reported that the overall supply of developed lots in their areas was low to very low.
Recent Projects Across Albuquerque And Santa Fe
Price's pipeline in recent years has included a mix of single-family and multifamily work. The company said it was partnering with LaTerra on a 344-home Bedrock build-to-rent community in Albuquerque made up of townhomes and single-family detached homes.
The company provides construction management services.
