Brookshire has a fresh address for life's big celebrations. Turnberry Corner, a new event center on N Turnberry Lane, has officially opened its doors, giving locals a venue built for everything from wedding receptions to corporate galas.
Management confirmed the opening to Community Impact, which reported that the center rents its space for a variety of celebrations and events, including wedding receptions, birthday parties, private parties, holiday parties, corporate events and galas. That range of uses suggests the venue is positioning itself as a one-stop option for Brookshire-area families and businesses alike, whether they're planning a quinceañera or a holiday office party.
According to Turnberry Corner's own website, the venue totals 3,300 square feet and can accommodate up to 130 guests. The site also touts “100% open-vendor freedom,” meaning renters aren't locked into a preset list of caterers, florists or planners.
What It Costs to Book
For those eyeing a weekday event, Turnberry Corner advertises corporate and milestone bookings. The venue's booking terms call for a $500 deposit to secure a date, which the site says is fully refundable if a renter cancels within 14 days of signing the contract.
Prospective clients can schedule a walkthrough Tuesday through Sunday by appointment, per the venue's listing. Turnberry Corner sits at 417 N Turnberry Lane in Brookshire, Texas.
Another Venue Coming Nearby
Brookshire's event-space scene may be expanding further. A separate venue called The Corner Loft, run by Connect Event Spaces, describes itself as “coming soon” at the intersection of Jordan Ranch Road and Kingsland Boulevard in Brookshire, according to Connect Event Spaces. That listing advertises 2,259 square feet of flexible space suited for milestone celebrations, corporate events and team workshops, intimate weddings, bridal showers, baby showers and family gatherings. It remains unclear whether The Corner Loft has any connection to Turnberry Corner.
With one venue now open and another on the way, Brookshire renters planning next year's celebrations may soon have more local options than ever to choose from.
