Downtown Fort Myers is about to fill up with yachts, pontoons and center consoles again as the 54th annual Fort Myers Boat Show returns to the River District from Nov. 12 through Nov. 15. Organizers say the show will feature more than 125 boat lines and over 45 dealers spread across the waterfront and surrounding streets, with vessels displayed both on land and floating in the Caloosahatchee.
The show is scheduled to run from the west end of Centennial Park through the Caloosa Sound Convention Center and east through the park along Edwards Drive to Lee Street, according to Gulf Coast News and Weather. A main entrance sits at the corner of Bay Street and Heitman Street, with a second entrance at the corner of Bay Street and Lee Street, per the same outlet. Those gates funnel visitors toward a footprint that also stretches to the Fort Myers City Yacht Basin, according to havenlifestyles.com, which reports the event extends from the Yacht Basin to Centennial Park and the convention center, with boats shown both on land and in the water.
Inside the Caloosa Sound Convention Center, exhibitors are set to show off engines, electronics, boat lifts, marine accessories and services, and other gear and gadgets for boaters, per the release cited by Gulf Coast News and Weather. The Marine Industries Association of Southwest Florida, which owns the show, describes most of the accessory displays as being housed in what it calls the newly refurbished Caloosa Sound Convention Center, according to miaswf.com. That same association said the 2026 show will feature boats in a variety of sizes and styles, per the Gulf Coast News and Weather report.
A Lineup That Ranges From Pontoons to Tiara Yachts
Fishing boats, center consoles, pontoons, deck boats, cruisers and yachts are all expected among the displays, havenlifestyles.com reports. Walker's Marine plans to show models from Axopar, Cobia, Pursuit, Regal and Tiara Yachts, including some models making their first appearance at the show, according to the same havenlifestyles.com account. Cape Coral-based WMF Watercraft & Marine is expected to display a new 34-foot Sunsation CCX center console, though havenlifestyles.com notes that debut depends on the boat being ready in time for the November event.
The show carries real weight in the region's marine industry calendar. The Marine Industries Association of Southwest Florida calls the Fort Myers event one of the largest and longest-running shows on Florida's west coast, held every November in downtown Fort Myers along the Caloosahatchee River, according to miaswf.com. The show is industry-owned through that association and managed by Good Event Management, havenlifestyles.com reports.
Seminars, Food Trucks and a Newcomer-Friendly Info Hub
Beyond the boats themselves, the show is built to help newcomers find their footing on the water. The Marine Industries Association of Southwest Florida is set to run a “Know Before You Go” display in the convention center lobby aimed at boating newcomers, serving as a general information hub, per Gulf Coast News and Weather. The event also includes safe boating education displays from boating organizations, the outlet reports.
Centennial Park is where organizers say the atmosphere loosens up, with marine equipment and service exhibits and fishing and boating seminars planned alongside food and live music, according to havenlifestyles.com. goboatingflorida.com lists a Be in the Know Seminar Series along with food trucks and live music in Centennial Park, and notes the show includes a 35,000-square-foot air-conditioned convention center.
First Stop on a Three-Show Circuit
Fort Myers kicks off a busy stretch for the Marine Industries Association of Southwest Florida's boat show calendar. The Fort Myers show is the first of three association boat shows scheduled for the 2026–27 season, to be followed by Charlotte County in January and Bonita Springs in February, havenlifestyles.com reports. According to miaswf.com, the Charlotte County Boat Show is set for Jan. 7-10, 2027, at the Charlotte County Fairgrounds, while the Bonita Springs Boat Show follows Feb. 25-28, 2027.
Last year's edition offers a sense of scale for what the River District can expect. The 53rd annual Fort Myers Boat Show ran Nov. 13 through Nov. 16, 2025, and featured roughly 40 local dealers representing 100 boat manufacturers, according to fortmyersbeachtalk.com. That show's main entrance sat at Bay and Heitman streets, with a second entrance at Lee Street and Edwards Drive, the outlet reported, and admission ran $20 for adults while children 15 and under got in free with a paid adult. Free parking and shuttle service from City of Palms Park ran continuously across all four days of that show, per fortmyersbeachtalk.com.
